When you book with us we collect your name, contact details and any health or skin information relevant to your treatment. When you join our loyalty list we store your email address only.
How we use it
To confirm and manage appointments, to keep a record of patch tests and consultations for your safety, and — only if you opt in — to send you occasional salon news and offers.
Bookings and third parties
Online bookings are handled by our booking partner, Fresha, under their own privacy policy. We never sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call the salon and we'll handle it within 30 days.
